Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />•January 9, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br />I Executive Director Momson reported a meeting would be held with Ehlers and Associates early <br />2 in 2007 to discuss take-out financing for the Phase I -housing for the first two units as well as the <br />3 Fanny Mae loan due in August.
