ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />46 SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 7:46 p.m. <br />7 <br />8 ROLL CALL. <br />9 Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Stille, and Thuesen. <br />10 Commissioners absent: Councilmembers Horst and Gray. <br />I l Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney Jerome <br />12 Gilligan. <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 1. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />16 Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the September <br />17 13, 2005 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />18 <br />19 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 <br />21 H. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />22 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to approve the Consent <br />23 Agenda, which consisted of: <br />A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of August 23. 2005: and <br />B. Claims. <br />26 <br />27 Motion carried unanimously. <br />28 <br />29 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />30 None. <br />31 <br />32 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />33 A. H.R.A. Resolution 05-010, re: Relating to Assignment, Assumption, Easement, Park <br />34 Management and Maintenance Agreements. <br />35 Executive Director Michael Morrison noted a change should be made in the last Whereas, as it <br />36 was in the Council meeting. The words "This park should heretofore be known as Salo Park" to <br />37 the last Whereas. <br />38 <br />39 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to adopt H.R.A. <br />40 Resolution 05-070, re: Resolution Relating to Assignment, Assumption, Easement, Park <br />41 Management and Maintenance Agreement including in the last Whereas "This park should <br />42 heretofore be known as Salo Park." <br />43 <br />44 Motion carried unanimously. <br />46 V.
