I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />46 JULY 26, 2005 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 8:38 p.m. <br />7 <br />8 ROLL CALL. <br />9 Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Horst, Stille, and Thuesen. <br />1.0 Commissioners absent: None. <br />11 Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 1. APPROVAL OF JULY 26, 2005 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />15 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the July 26, <br />16 2005 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />17 <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 <br />20 11. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />21 Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Horst, to approve the Consent <br />22 Agenda, which consisted of: <br />23 A. , H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of June 28, 2005; and <br />0 B. Claims. <br />26 Motion carried unanimously. <br />27 <br />28 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />29 None. <br />30 <br />31 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />32 None. <br />33 <br />34 V. STAFF REPORTS. <br />35 Executive Director Morrison stated we are still working with the owner of Autumn Woods, who <br />36 purchased the property off Kinsey Terrace for redevelopment. There will be a concept plan <br />37 submitted in August and it will contain several planning and zoning issues. <br />38 <br />39 He noted that one of the things that occurred this past session is that there was one change in a <br />40 TIF law that affects one of our districts. If there is a fund balance in an existing district at the end <br />41 of 2005, there will be a time limit of nine months to spend it. This will be discussed with Ehlers. <br />42 <br />43 VI. H.R.A. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS. <br />44 Chair Faust noted if anyone is interested in serving Ramsey County library representative, they <br />45 4/ VII. should contact Mr. Momson within the next week. <br />INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />48 None. <br />
