APPROVAL OF JUNE 28, 2005 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />16 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Horst, to approve the June 28, <br />17 2005 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />18 <br />19 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 <br />21 11. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />22 Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Horst, to approve the Consent <br />23 Agenda, which consisted of.- <br />A. <br />f: <br />A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of June 14. 2005: and <br />B. Claims. <br />26 <br />27 Motion carried unanimously. <br />28 <br />29 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />30 None. <br />31 <br />32 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />33 A. H.R.A. Resolution 05-009. re: Fourth Amendment to Develooment Agreement for Phase <br />34 lI Silver Lake Village. <br />35 Executive Director Michael Momson said this is the amendment to the Development Agreement <br />36 for Phase lI of Silver Lake Village. This amendment allows an extension to November 30, 2005 <br />37 for the developer to complete Phase IL <br />38 <br />39 Motion by Commissioner Horst, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to adopt H.R.A. <br />40 Resolution 05-009 re: Fourth Amendment to a Redevelopment Agreement by and among the <br />41 City of Saint Anthony, Minnesota, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of <br />42 Saint Anthony, Minnesota, and Apache Redevelopment, LLC (The "Developer"), dated <br />43 December 19, 2003. <br />44 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />V.
