ANTHONY <br />02 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />3 JUNE 14, 2005 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 9:28 p.m. <br />:1t.�aI111[�111A <br />9 Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Horst, Stille, and Thuesen. <br />10 Commissioners absent: None. <br />11 Also present: Executive Director Michael Mornson. <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 I. APPROVAL OF JUNE 14, 2005 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />15 Motion by CommissionerThuesen, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the June 14, <br />16 2005 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />17 <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 <br />20 I1. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />21 Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the Consent <br />22 Agenda, which consisted of: <br />23 A. H.R.A. Meetine Minutes of Mav 10.2005: and <br />44 B. Claims. <br />5 <br />26 Motion carried unanimously. <br />27 <br />28 111. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />29 None. <br />30 <br />31 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />32 A. H.R.A. Resolution 05-007 re: Auurovine Housine and Redevelopment Authority 2004 <br />33 Audit. <br />34 City Auditor Stuart Bonniwell presented the audit of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority. <br />35 <br />36 He noted there are three active TIF Districts. Money was refunded for the Kenzie Terrace <br />37 District, it was decertified. The final bond payment was made in February 2004. The County <br />38 TIF reimbursement was $329,886. The City's portion was $139,987 and $71,000 was used for <br />39 an electronic sign. The remaining amount is designated as the General Fund Reserve. <br />40 <br />41 He stated the City and the HRA concentrated most their time on the Silver Lake Village/Apache <br />42 development. The financial plan of Silver Lake Village is a plan that is functioning well. The <br />43 costs incurred by the HRA was fully reimbursable by the developer. The costs incurred by the <br />44 HRA include consultant fees, legal expenses, relocation costs and administrative costs and staff <br />45 time. The remaining Hellickson District was a pay as you go district. It expires in 2019 and the <br />46 obligations have been met. It is decertified in 2005 and will be back on the tax base in 2006. <br />&7 <br />
