I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />2 <br />a HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />5 MARCH 23, 2004 <br />6 <br />7 CALL TO ORDER. <br />8 Chair Hodson called the meeting to order at 8:28 p.m. <br />9 <br />10 ROLL CALL. <br />11 Commissioners present: Chair Hodson; Commissioners Horst, Stille, Thuesen, and Faust. <br />12 Commissioners absent: None. <br />13 Also present: Executive Director Michael Momson. <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 I. APPROVAL OF MARCH 23, 2004, H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />17 Motion by Commissioner Horst, seconded by Commissioner Faust, to approve the March 23, <br />18 2004, Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />19 <br />20 Motion carried unanimously. <br />21 <br />22 11. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />23 Motion by Commissioner Faust, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the Consent <br />40 Agenda, which consisted of: <br />26 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of March 9.2004; and <br />27 B. Claims. <br />28 <br />29 Motion carried unanimously. <br />30 <br />31 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />32 None. <br />33 <br />34 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />35 None. <br />36 <br />37 V. STAFF REPORTS. <br />38 Executive Director Momson gave the following update on Silver Lake Village: Robert Muir <br />39 Companies would be pulling building permits for four commercial buildings, as well as starting <br />40 the renovation of the Cub Food store. He indicated things were moving very fast and, so far, <br />41 everything had fallen into place nicely. <br />42 <br />43 Mr. Mornson stated the Autumn Woods project also planned to pull a building permit sometime <br />44 in April, which would keep that project moving forward. He noted there would be many <br />construction projects taking place in the City within the next 90 days. <br />
