I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY 10 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING 4 5 AUGUST 12, 2003 6 7 CALL TO ORDER. 8 Chair Hodson called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. 9 10 ROLL CALL. I 1 Commissioners present: Chair Hodson; Commissioners Sparks, Thuesen, Horst, and Faust. 12 Commissioners absent: None. 13 Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney Jerome 14 Gilligan. 15 16 17 I. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 12, 2003, H.R.A. AGENDA. 18 Motion by Commissioner Faust to approve the August 12, 2003, Housing and Redevelopment 19 Authority Agenda as presented. 20 21 Motion carried unanimously. 22 23 H. CONSENT AGENDA. 10 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of-. 26 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of July 22, 2003; and 27 B. Claims. 28 29 Motion carried unanimously. 30 31 Ill. PUBLIC HEARINGS. 32 None. 33 34 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. 35 A. H.R.A. Resolution 03-015, re: Request Council to call hearing on TIF plan. 36 It was noted H.R.A. Resolution 03-015 requested the City Council to call for a public hearing on 37 a proposed modification to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. 3, the 38 proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 3-5 (a redevelopment district) 39 therein and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan. 40 41 Motion by Commissioner Faust to adopt H.R.A. Resolution 03-015 requesting the City Council 42 of the City of St. Anthony call for a public hearing on a proposed modification to the 43 Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. 3, the proposed establishment of Tax 44 Increment Financing District No. 3-5 (a redevelopment district) therein and the proposed 46 adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan therefor.
