AGENDA. <br />16 Motion by Commissioner Sparks, second by Commissioner Faust, to approve the February 12, <br />17 2002 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />18 <br />19 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 <br />21 II.
