ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />March 26, 2002 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Sparks called the meeting to order at 8:25 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Commissioners present: Chair Sparks; Commissioners Thuesen, Horst, and Faust. <br />Commissioners absent: None. <br />Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />I. APPROVAL OF MARCH 26, 2002 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Faust, second by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the March 26, <br />2002 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />II. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, second by Commissioner Horst, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, which consisted of: <br />A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of February 12. 2002: and <br />B. Claims. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />III. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />None. <br />IV. STAFF REPORTS. <br />Morrison stated that the City is receiving inquiries by developers for the lots on Kenzie Ten -ace. <br />He added that Kenzie Terrace is not currently on the market, but that they are talking to anyone <br />who is interested. <br />V. H.R.A. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS. <br />None. <br />VI. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />None. <br />
