ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINU'T'ES <br />NOVEMBER 26, 2002 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Hodson called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Chair Hodson; Commissioners Horst, Sparks, Thuesen, and Faust. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also Present: Executive Director Mike Mornson. <br />L APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 26, 2002 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />Motion by Sparks to approve the Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda of November <br />26, 2002. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />H. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />Motion by Sparks to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of: <br />A. Approve October 22, 2002 H.R.A. Minutes. <br />B. Claims. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />III. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />None. <br />IV. STAFF REPORTS. <br />Executive Director Momson reported the City has received up to 50 inquiries regarding the <br />Metropolitan Housing Loan Program. <br />Chair Hodson noted this program is also advertised on cable television and in the newspaper, <br />which provides an excellent opportunity to look at the services and financing they provide. <br />V.
