CALL TO ORDER. <br />5 Mayor Cavanaugh called the meeting to order at 8:06 p.m. <br />6 I1. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners present: Mayor Cavanaugh; Councilmembers Sparks, Thuesen, Horst and <br />8 Hodson <br />9 Commissioners absent: None. <br />10 Also present: Executive Director Michael Mornson; City Attorney William Soth. <br />it III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 28, 2000 H.R.A. MEETING AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Sparks to approve the November 28, 2000 City Council Regular Meeting Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 <br />1 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />• .16. Motion by Thuesen to approve the Consent Agenda which consisted of <br />17 <br />1. H.R.A. Minutes of October 24, 2000; and <br />18 <br />2. Claims. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 <br />V. <br />GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />20 <br />21 <br />A H.R.A.Resolution 00-011 re- Purchase of 2654 Kenzie Terrace (Custom Li uidators . <br />Momson noted that <br />22 <br />Cavanaugh asked for a report from Executive Director Michael Momson. <br />Chair and the Executive Director of the H.R.A. to enter <br />23 <br />the proposed resolution authorizes the <br />agreement to purchase the Custom Liquidators building at 2654 Kenzie Terrace <br />24 <br />into a purchase <br />for $600,000. The purchase agreement will be. developed by the City Attorney, and will include <br />25 <br />26 .. <br />all recommendations and contingencies. . <br />Motion by Thuesen to approve H.R.A. Resolution 00-011, wherein the St. Anthony Housing and <br />27 <br />Redevelopment Authority hereby authorizes the Chair and Executive Director to execute the <br />28 <br />29 <br />purchase agreement for purchase of the property known as 2654 Kenzie Terrace, St. Anthony, <br />Said shall be subject to review of <br />30 <br />Minnesota, for an amount not to exceed $600,000. purchase <br />the agreement and subsequent contingencies/comments by the St. Anthony City Attorney. <br />31 <br />carried unanimously. <br />•Motion <br />32 <br />B. H.R.A. Resolution 00-12 re: Call for Public Hearing relating to Granting of a Business <br />33 <br />34 <br />Subsidy to TOLD Development representing Wala_reen's. <br />
