ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />JANUARY 12, 1999 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:48 P.M. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Commissioners present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br />Commissioners absent: None. <br />Also present: City Manager Mike Morrison. <br />APPROVAL OF JANUARY 12, 1999 HRA AGENDA. <br />Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the January 12, 1999 HRA Meeting Agenda as <br />presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 7,1998 HRA MINUTES. <br />Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the December 7, 1998 HRA Minutes as presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />V. CLAIMS. <br />A. Debt Service Payments: <br />1. Firstar in the amount of: <br />a. $65,540.00 for debt service with regard to Apache Plaza. <br />b. $31,987.50 for debt service with regard to Walbon. <br />C. $197,896.25 for debt service with regard to the Community Center. <br />B. Payments to Developers: <br />1. Raymond A. Hellickson in the amount of $11,769.75 for redevelopment of the <br />property located at 3901 Silver Lake Road under the terms of the redevelopment <br />agreement. <br />2. Norwest Investment Services in the amount of $66,695.58 for development of the <br />Evergreen Townhomes under the terms of the development agreement. <br />C. Comprehensive Plan: <br />1. BRW in the amount of $651.99 for professional services rendered with regard to <br />City planning. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />VI. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />Motion by Marks, second by Tbuesen to confirm the appointment of Commissioner Faust as <br />Vice -Chair of the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br />
