CALL TO ORDER. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:25 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br />8 Commissioners absent: None. <br />9 Also present: City Manager Mike Morrison. <br />10 III. APPROVAL OF JULY 13, 1999 HRA AGENDA. <br />11 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the July 13, 1999 HRA Meeting Agenda as <br />12 presented. <br />13 <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 25, 1999 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the May 25, 1999 HRA Minutes as presented. <br />0 Motion carried unanimously. <br />18 <br />19 V. CLAIMS. <br />20 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: <br />21 A. Legal Services: <br />22 1. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of: <br />23 a. $335.00 for general HRA legal services rendered through April 30, 1999. <br />24 b. $132.50 for general HRA legal services rendered through May 31, 1999. <br />25 B. Tax Increment Bond Payments: <br />26 1. Firstar in the amount of: <br />27 a. $1,417.50 for debt service with regard to the GO tax increment ref bonds <br />28 dates 1/1/94. <br />29 b. $49,887.50 for debt service with regard to GO tax increment bonds dated <br />30 12/1/95. <br />31 C. $65,540.00 for debt service with regard to GO tax increment bond dated <br />32 7/1/96. <br />33 C. St. Anthony Shopping Center: <br />34 1. RLK Kuusisto Ltd. in the amount of $276.25 for professional planning services <br />35 rendered during April 1999. <br />0 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
