APPROVAL OF AUGUST 10, 1999 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Faust, second by Thuesen to approve the August 10, 1999 HRA Meeting Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 V. APPROVAL OF JULY 13, 1999 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Cavanaugh, second by Faust to approve the July 13, 1999 HRA Minutes as presented. <br />41 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 V. CLAIMS. <br />20 Motion by Thuesen, second by Faust, to approve claims A-E below: <br />21 <br />A. <br />Legal Services: <br />22 <br />1. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $869.37 for legal services rendered through <br />23 <br />June 30, 1999 regarding HRA Acquisition of Residential Property for <br />24 <br />Redevelopment- Steiner Closing. <br />25 <br />B. <br />St. Anthony Shopping Center: <br />26 <br />1. RLK Kuusisto. Ltd. in the amount of $2,154.85 for professional planning services <br />27 <br />regarding St. Anthony Shopping Center for the period of June 1999. <br />28 <br />C. <br />Auditing Services: <br />29 <br />1. Stuart J. Bonniwell in the amount of $2,500.00 per invoice dated June 30, 1999 <br />30 <br />for professional services rendered in connection with the audit and preparation of the <br />31 <br />HRA financial report. <br />32 <br />D. <br />Payment to Developer: <br />33 <br />1. Raymond A.
