Meeting Agenda as <br />12 presented. <br />13 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />14 IV. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 14, 1999 H.R.A. MINUTES. . <br />15 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the September 14, 1999 H.R.A. Review Springsted Financial Study <br />1. WSB & Associates. Inc. in the amount of $241.50 for professional services <br />rendered regarding Capital Improvement Plan. <br />B. St. Anthony Shopping Center: <br />1. RLK Kuuisisto in the amount of $1,240.30 for professional planning services for <br />the period through August 1999 regarding St. Anthony Shopping Center. <br />2. Midwest Planning & Design, in the amount of $701.25 pursuant to invoice dated <br />October 2, 1999 regarding services rendered for Developers Agreement. <br />C. Apache Study: <br />1. Springsted in the amount of $1,255.95 for financial advisory services performed <br />from March 14, 1997 through May 1, 1998 regarding Apache II Study. <br />D. Legal Services: <br />1. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $840.00 for legal services rendered through <br />August 31, 1999 regarding The Hitching Post. <br />VI. PURCHASE OF 2548 KENZIE TERRACE (H.R.A. Resolution 99-002). <br />Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve H.R.A. Resolution 99-002, stating that the St. <br />Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority hereby approves the purchase of property <br />known as 2548 Kenzie Terrace and to enter into a purchase agreement for said property. <br />
