Appoint Vice -Chair. <br />13 <br />Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to appoint Jerry Faust as Vice -Chair. <br />14 Vote on the motion: Ranallo, Cavanaugh, Marks and Thuesen voted aye. Faust abstained. <br />15 Motion carried unanimously. <br />VI. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />Mornson reported that Allan Chassin is again in the process of submitting a proposal <br />18 for the property located at 33rd Avenue and Stinson Boulevard. This proposal does not <br />19 include a variance request or the previously included steps. Mornson and Chassin are <br />20 currently negotiating TIF Funds. <br />21 Faust asked the status of the Kenzie Terrace project. <br />22 Mornson reported three homes have been purchased and the project is currently at a <br />23 standstill. <br />24 Faust questioned the status of the Kentucky Fried Chicken property. <br />25 Mornson reported there is someone interested in the property in that area. The <br />26 Finance Director is currently performing a TIF analysis and Mornson will present this <br />27 at the February work session. <br />28 Cavanaugh questioned the status of the St. Anthony Shopping Center. He suggested <br />29 that the whole area including the St. Anthony Shopping Center, the Stonehouse and <br />30 the Town and County Grocery Store be marketed as one property. <br />31 Ranallo reported that Super America is currently performing a traffic study on Old <br />Highway 8 and may be interested in constructing a Holiday or a Super America <br />Station in the location of the Town and County Grocery Store. <br />
