CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 16-012 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ELECTED OFFICIALS OUT OF <br />STATE TRAVEL POLICY FOR 2016 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, In accordance to Minnesota State Statute Chapter 471, Section 661, requires that <br />cities, counties and school districts develop a policy that regulates travel by <br />elected officials outside of the state; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will review this policy annually; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, any changes to the policy must be approved by a recorded vote; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, elected officials of the City of Saint Anthony Village will follow the limitations <br />outlined in the policy. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the elected officials Out of State Travel Policy for 2016. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of January, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________________ <br />Jerome O.
