Cost:estimates for <br /> the proposed improvements will also be prepared. <br /> We will summarize our findings in a written report to be submitted to <br /> you. Also, we will meet with you and the City Council to discuss the. <br /> report. <br /> To provide you with the feasibility information you desire,: we propose <br /> a study effort which is-estimated to cost $11,200. This estimate assumes <br /> that all necessary street elevation data are available from existing City <br /> plans and can be readily obtained. If. the City has prepared a 2-foot <br /> contour map of the area.(which we recommend) then the estimated cost <br /> for our services would-be reduced to $9,500. <br /> We believe the level of.effort proposed here will provide you with the <br /> amount of information, detail, and documentation needed to evaluate <br /> your options and make wise decisions. As with most professional <br /> -services, the level of effort can be tailored specifically to meet the <br /> .City's wishes. Following City review of this proposal and the suggested <br /> scope, we can discuss possible scope modifications. Desired adjustments <br /> will be negotiated to the mutual satisfaction of all involved. <br /> We thank you for the opportunity to propose on this project.
