Roseville .residents will now be charged directly -for <br /> their share of the community's. drainage expenses , instead of paying for <br /> these costs through their property taxes. <br /> Charges begin the second quarter of 1984. <br /> The first charges for storm drainage will be included in your second quarter <br /> sewer and water statement . You will receive that statement in either April , <br /> May or June depending on-your location. Thereafter, a storm drainage charge <br /> will always be included in your utility statement . <br /> 1984 Drainage Utility - rates <br /> The drainage utility bases : ts charges on the amount or runoff" created by a <br /> parcel .
