ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br /> WILSON STREET SANITARY SEWER <br /> AND STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br /> Mr. Larry Hamer, <br /> Public Works Director <br /> City of St. Anthony.. <br /> 3301 Silver Lake- Road <br /> St. Anthony, Minnesota 55418 <br /> Dear Larry: <br /> In accordance with. your request, we are pleased to submit our <br /> proposal for the preparation of a feasibility report for the <br /> construction of bypass and sanitary sewer to relieve the sanitary <br /> sewer on Wilson Street from 29th Avenue to 27th Avenue. The <br /> report will include an analysis of the capacity of the Wilson <br /> Street sanitary sewer and its tributary areas and recommendations <br /> for upgrading. The report will also include recommendations , and <br /> • cost estimates to upgrade Wilson Street to M. S.A. Standards. <br /> We propose to prepare a bound report, which will include the <br /> capacity analysis and general discussion of the project as well <br /> as recommendations, drawings and detailed cost estimates of all <br /> recommended improvements. <br /> Our compensation for the above work shall be on the basis of 2. 10 <br /> times payroll costs plus mileage and out-of-pocket expenses. We <br /> estimate the total cost of these services not to exceed <br /> $8, 000.00. <br /> Under this proposal, St. Anthony agrees to make available to us <br /> tall existing improvement information in the way of maps, reports, <br /> c records, plans and utility inspection data which are available <br /> and relevant to the work. <br /> It is to be specifically understood that engineering services in <br /> this proposal do not include the cost of underground exploration <br /> of the subsurface conditions and laboratory analysis. This <br /> information can be provided in the report at an additional cost <br /> or can be contracted for by the City. <br /> It is to be understood that in signing this proposal we are <br /> authorized to proceed only with the work outlined herein. No <br /> work in. conjunction with plans and specifications will be <br /> undertaken without further authorization. <br />
