This <br /> draft of the Lease is in response to my letter of August 11, 1987 , <br /> to Manning ' s attorney, a copy of which is enclosed for your <br /> reference . <br /> I am also enclosing a copy of the letter from the <br /> attorney for Manning' s, in which he indicates that most of our <br /> requested changes have been made.
