right of subrogation of : .any. , - insurance company - carrying any <br /> insurance covering such loss or -damage are hereby waived by <br /> Lessor. <br /> 190 NOTICE UPON DEFAULT. <br /> If Lessee defaults in its performance of any covenant <br /> or ' agreement contained in this Lease,' then Lessor shall . give <br /> Lessee written notice of such default and Lessee shall have ten <br /> (10) days in which to cure such default before Lessor may <br /> exercise its remedies outlined above. <br /> 20. INSURANCE. <br /> Lessee agrees that it will reimburse Lessor for <br /> percent of the cost of insuring the Building against <br /> loss by reason of- fire,,_ storm,,- or other extended or "all-risk" <br /> casualties.
