(f) that Lessor is not in default:.under this Lease, - or, if -Lessor <br /> is in default, specifying' any such . default, and (g) including, <br /> such other information as the .prospective , purchaser..or.. mortgagee . <br /> may require. <br /> 31. RIGHT OF ENTRY. <br /> Lessor shall at all times have the right to enter upon <br /> said premises to inspect their condition, and at its election to <br /> make reasonable and necessary repairs. thereon for the protection <br /> and preservation thereof, but nothing herein shall be construed <br /> to require Lessor to make such repairs, and the Lessor shall not <br /> be liable to Lessee, or any other person or persons, for failure <br /> or delay in making said repairs,- or for damage or injury to <br /> person or property caused. in or by the making of such repairs, or <br /> the doing of such work.
