P.U.D. amendment could be scheduled.. . <br /> 11 Mr. ,Soth pointed out that even though the September 15th deadline <br /> 12 for acquiring the land hadn' t been met, at least the City now had a <br /> 13 redeveloper who was meeting all the H.R.A. ' s - demands for the <br /> 14 project. He indicated that if when the new appraisals are completed <br /> 15 the center owner is still unwilling to sell his property for a <br /> 16 reasonable amount, condemnation process will have to be initiated, <br /> 17 which could take several months. In that event, the H.R.A.
