,J <br /> GUARANTY <br /> THIS GUARANTY -dated as . of 1987, . made <br /> by .Patrick J. Gaughan (the "Guarantor" ) , an individual residing <br /> in County, Minnesota, for the benefit of the HOUSING <br /> AND, REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, a public <br /> body corporate and politic ( "HRA") . <br /> WITNESSETH, THAT: <br /> WHEREAS, dontempor'aneously with the execution of this <br /> Guaranty, Wilson Street Associates, a Minnesota general <br /> partnership, ( "Redeveloper" ) and HRA will enter into a <br /> Redevelopment Contract (the "Redevelopment Contract" ) under <br /> which Redeveloper will undertake certain obligations for the <br /> redevelopment of certain"Redevelopment Property" defined in <br /> the Redevelopment Contract ; <br /> WHEREAS, as a condition precedent to entering into the <br /> Redevelopment Contract, HRA is requiring the execution and <br /> delivery* of this Guaranty; and <br /> WHEREAS., the Guarantor is the managing partner of <br /> Redeveloper and finds it advantageous , desirable and in his <br /> r <br /> best interest to execute and deliver this Guaranty. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and <br /> for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br /> sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Guarantor <br /> makes the following representations , warranties and agreements <br /> to and for the benefit of HRA: <br />
