'17 . This Guar-anty (a) constitutes the :entire <br /> ag-reement of, the Guarantor and HRA,- for whose benefit- this <br /> Guaranty i-s made, with respect thereto and _supersedes any and <br /> all .written or oral agreements with respect thereto, (b) may <br /> not be amended or supplemented except by a writing signed by <br /> the Guarantor and HRA, and (c) shall be construed. and enforced <br /> in accordance with -the internal law, and not the law. of <br /> conflicts; of the State of Minnesota .
