SCOPE OF" "SERVICES <br /> ' The Village of St. Anthony has an extensive . network of ..storm . <br /> sewer facilities to provide relief from surface water runoff. We <br /> have been advised ..-the system identified as District No. 6 does <br /> not provide this service. <br /> Inadequacies in this system have resulted in localized and <br /> frequent flooding of many roadways and private properties.. The <br /> system' s inability to provide this basic service may be <br /> attributed to flow restrictions and under capacity <br /> The Village desires to undertake an engineering study to <br /> determine the extent of the system' s inadequacies and the most <br /> economical solutions. <br /> The study will result in engineering recommendations that address <br /> storm sewer Subdistrict No. 6 capacity deficiencies and • <br />_1 solutions. The scope of the. study will consist of the following <br /> tasks: <br /> Preliminary Tasks <br /> 1 ., Gather all available as-built drawings, contour maps and <br /> reports on file with Village, County and State agencies. <br /> 2. Meet with Village staff to determine problem areas and <br /> functioning of the existing system. <br /> 3. Contact Mn/DOT for determination on increasing . discharge <br /> rates and possible State cooperation in resolving capacity <br /> restrictions. <br /> 4. Conduct limited field surveys to obtain missing information. <br /> J <br /> on as-builts ( if necessary) . <br /> Prepare Hydraulic Model (Existing Conditions,) <br /> 1 . Determine limits of subdistricts for each storm sewer <br /> segment through field verification. • <br />
