CITY -OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 1989-002 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO HOURS OF OPERATION <br /> FOR RESTAURANTS; AMENDING SECTIONS 460: 10 AND 460 : 20 <br /> OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony ordains : <br /> Section 1. Section 460 : 10 of 1973 Code of Ordinances <br /> is amended to read in full as follows : <br /> Section 460 : 10 Definition. For purposes of this <br /> Ordinance, "recreational establishment" means a <br /> theater, restaurant, drive-in restaurant, delicatessen <br /> (other than a delicatessen located within a grocery <br /> store) , cafeteria, pool or billiard hall, physical <br /> culture or health gym, spa or club, an establishment . <br /> having more than three amusement devices as defined <br /> in Section 510 : 05, bowling alley, or establishment <br /> primarily for the sale of beverages for consumption <br /> on the premises. <br /> Section 2 . Section 460 :20 of the 1973 Code of Ordinances <br /> is amended to read in full as follows : <br /> Section 460 :20 Hours of Operation. Every <br /> recretational -establishment within the City shall <br /> be closed to the public between the hours of 1: 00 a.m. <br /> and 6 : 00 a.m. , except that restaurants and <br /> drive-through restaurants may be opened to the <br /> public between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 2 :00 a.m. <br /> on Saturday and Sunday. <br /> -Section 3 .
