III. ENGINEERING SERVICES COST PROPOSAL <br /> • <br /> Ulteig Engineers,, Inc. (UEI) proposes to provide Engineering <br /> Services to prepare plans and specifications and provide <br /> construction administration and inspection for the <br /> maintenance of well number three in accordance with this <br /> proposal. <br /> UEI will invoice at hourly rates in accordance with the <br /> attached rate schedule on a monthly basis for services <br /> performed. on a not to exceed cost basis. <br /> C % <br /> UEI will not invoice above $5, 000. 00 under this contract. <br /> Should the project be increased in scope, the contract will <br /> be- adjusted accordingly as per the rate schedule. <br />
