ANTHONY <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, Hillcrest Development, Inc. desires to redevelop the Apache Plaza property and <br /> has requested an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan to Accommodate . <br /> an office/high tech designation; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing for this request was held by the St. Anthony Planning <br /> Commission and resulted in a recommendation to the City Council for approval <br /> of said request. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the petition from Hillcrest Development, Inc. for an amendment to the City's <br /> • Comprehensive Plan relating to the redevelopment of the Apache Plaza property within the <br /> City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2000. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
