BOULEVARD; <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ANTENNA PLACEMENT <br /> Nextel Communications is requesting a conditional use permit to allow construction of a <br /> wireless antenna site for their telecommunications network. Jim Nelson of Buell Consulting, <br /> Inc. is representing Nextell and has submitted all documents required by the City for this <br /> request. <br /> Nextel Communications has contacted the owners of Apache Medical Building, 4001 Stinson <br /> Boulevard, and agreement was reached for the placement of three sets of panel antennas. <br /> City ordinance 1160.02 requires a conditional use permit for telecommunication antenna. <br />
