Presently,the railroad property is unzoned and the Village <br /> North parcel is zoned U. The petition is a request to have the above referenced parcels and their existing <br /> property all zoned to C. The City's zoning map is incorrect and shows their existing property as LI. This <br /> comprehensive request will correct the error. Action required. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the petition.
