ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-074 . <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A REQUEST <br /> FOR REZONING FOR 2501 - 37TH AVENUE NE <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission to consider a request for <br /> an amendment to the zoning ordinance for 2501 - 37' Avenue NE from Apache <br /> Animal Medicine; and <br /> WHEREAS, following due consideration, the Planning Commission recommended Council <br /> approval of said request. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in agreement with the findings of the Planning <br /> Commission at their August 15, 2000 meeting, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request for rezoning for 2501- 37`h Avenue NE, Apache Animal Medicine <br /> to rezone that parcel and an unzoned railroad parcel, all to a C district. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2000. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
