64 <br /> (a) in the case of Redeveloper, addressed to or delivered personally to Redeveloper at <br /> Hillcrest Development, 2424 Kennedy Street N.E., Minneapolis, Minnesota 55413; <br /> (b) in the case of the HRA, addressed or delivered personally to the HRH's Executive <br /> Director, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony,.Minnesota 55418; <br /> (c) in the case of the City addressed or delivered personally to the City Manager at <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony, Minnesota 55418; <br /> or at such other address with respect to any such party as that party may, from time to time, designate <br /> in writing and forward to the other parties as provided in this Section. <br /> Section 9.6 Business Subsidies Act. The Business Subsidy Act requires as a condition <br /> for the assistance being provided by the HRA to the Redeveloper under this Agreement that the <br /> Redeveloper enter into an agreement with the HRA meeting the requirements set forth in the Business <br /> Subsidy Act. In order to satisfy such requirement, upon execution of this Agreement, the HRA and the <br /> Redeveloper will execute and deliver the Business Subsidy Agreement in substantially the form attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit D. <br /> Section 9.7 Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier to <br /> • occur of(i) February 1;2019,or(ii) the payment in full of the Note; provided that notwithstanding the <br /> termination of this Agreement, the Restrictions shall remain in full force and effect until terminated in <br /> accordance with its terms. <br /> Section 9.8 Counterparts. This Agreement is executed in any number of counterparts, <br /> each of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. <br /> • <br /> -16- <br />
