69 <br /> • EXHIBIT A <br /> CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br /> WHEREAS, Hillcrest Development("Owner") is the owner of the property in the <br /> County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota described on Exhibit I attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof("Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Property is subject to the provisions of a certain Redevelopment <br /> Agreement(the "Agreement") dated , 2000 by and between Owner and the Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, Minnesota(the "HRA"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Owner has fully and duly performed all of the covenants and conditions of <br /> Owner under the-Agreement with respect to the completion of the Project (as defined in the <br /> Agreement); <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby certified that all requirements of Owner under the <br /> Agreement with respect to the completion of the Project have been completed and duly and fully <br /> performed, and this instrument is to be conclusive evidence of the satisfactory termination of the <br /> covenants and conditions of the Agreement as they relate to the completion of the Project..
