-5- Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Marks to adopt Resolution 83-015. RESOLUTION 83-015 A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 1983 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND TEAMSTERS LOCAL NO. 320 , REPRESENTING THE ST. ANTHONY FIRE DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR .AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Soth indicated he believes Article 19 in the proposed agreement with District ##282 needs clarification related to the subleasing of the City ' s office space in Parkview. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to adopt Resolution 83-016 , subject to changes in wording of the agree- ment recommended by the City Attorney . RESOLUTION 83-016 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SUB-LEASE FOR 'OFFICE SPACE IN THE PARKVIEW BUILDING WITH THE ST. ANTHONY DEVELOPMENTAL LEARNING CENTER Motion carried unanimously. The discussion of the proposed ordinance which would establish three year terms for the Planning Commission was resumed with the City Manager suggesting several changes in the wording . Councilmen Enrooth and Letourneau 'questioned whether a first reading of the ordinance should be delayed until after the Commission choices of terms of office are verified and the City Attorney had made his changes in the proposed ordinance. The motion by Councilman Letourneau that the first reading be delayed until the next Council meeting, however , failed to get a second. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to approve the first reading of the ordinance which establishes the requirement for membership on the St. Anthony Planning Commission. ORDINANCE 1983-002 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP; AMENDING SECTIONS 225 :05 AND 225 : 10 OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to adopt Ordinance 1982-012 .
