RES'OLUT.I ON-:;8 4=0:3 4 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZI-NG THE-?;MAYOR :AND- CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE THE JOINT COOPERATION-AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF ST. ANfiHONY-:.:.AND!+'HENNEPIN 'COUNTY <br /> RELATING TO THE URBAN._HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT_BLOCK,.._GRANT .P-.ROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony-, Minnesota and -the County of Hennepin <br /> have in effect a Joint Cooperation.-Agr-e-ement;' Co.unty'.-.Contract No. 10405 , <br /> for the purposes of qualifying as an Urban County_.under,the United <br /> States Department of Housing and Urban Development.-:Communi.ty Develop- <br /> ment Block Grant program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the County wish to terminate the Agreement and <br /> execute a new Joint Cooperation Agreement , County Contract No. 40452 , <br /> to reconstitute the Urban County for purposes ofythe Community <br /> Development Block Grant program. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the current Joint Cooperation`::Agreement between <br /> the City and the County , County Contract No. 10405,_:.-be -,,.terminated <br /> effective September 30 , 1984 , and a new Joint Cooperation Agreement <br /> between the City and the County , County Contract No..
