Dobrzynski, <br /> I have learned that several of the persons living on the <br /> Foss Road side of the Fosston Townhouses are unhappy with the <br /> no parking signs recently installed by the City at your request. <br /> • In order to be sure that our actions represent the desires <br /> of a majority of the residents of the townhomes , I feel that it <br /> is necessary that we have in our files a copy of the minutes of <br /> the meeting of the homeowners association where the request for <br /> the sign was authorized. <br /> If we do not receive such correspondence within a reason= <br /> able time period (30 days) , I will instruct our Public Works <br /> crews to remove the signs until such time as we receive official <br /> authorization from the homeowners association regarding the <br /> signs . <br /> Sincerely , <br /> David M.
