The lease price $5 . 00 per square foot is unchange , <br /> however the utility costs have been raised by about 20% to cover our <br /> increased costs . <br /> FISCAL IMPACT: <br /> Repairs to the building (.i .e. roof and heating plant) have not yet been <br /> made-so not much justification for an increase can 'be made at this time <br /> Mr . Lamere also states that the lease costs have risen every year since <br /> he moved in . He has added another person in his operation and feels <br /> that initially he cannot have a rent increase or he will be forced to <br /> find another location. <br /> ALTERNATIVES : <br /> Approve , modify or deny . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approve as presented. <br /> CITY MANAGER' S REVIEW: COMMENTS : <br />
