r> -ZO- RESOLUTION , 87-005 - A RESOLUTION. DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS Motion carried unanimously. Resolution 87.-006 Deferred Action on the resolution 'approving the agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation was deferred to the next Council meeting for further review by the City Attorney. Three Planning Commissioners Appointed The Council had interviewed eight candidates to serve on -the Planning Commission, January 5th, and_ took the following. . action to- fill Commissioner Bowerman' s unexpired one year term and the two , three year terms which had expired in 1986 .. Co.- nissioner Jones had not .sought reappointment to one of these positions and Commissioner Hansen was reappointed to the other. Council Action Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Enrooth to appoint the following residents to. serve on the :S.t. Anthony Planning Commission:- Ron Hansen, 2704-32nd Avenue N.E. 3 year term Steve London, 2828 Coolidge St. N.E. 1 year term John Wingard, 2509 W. Armour Terrace 3 year- term Motion carried unanimously. Bids Accepted for Well #4 Motor -Replacement Before acting on Mr. Hamer 's .Januar.y 7th recommendation. r.elated to the above; Mayor Sundland reported overhearing the Public-:Works Directo`r . . seeking quotes for the proj.ect ' s electrical components. The Mayor said . he believed Mr. Hamer should be : complimented for : not being. . s,atisfied .. with only ' one bid to provide that service. Mr. Childs indicated the' bids for the electrical would be submitted for : Council approval when they' have .been .received, but it appears ' now .that the complete project -would not exceed. the budgeted -amount.• of .$23 ,000 .
