Due to the position that we occupy <br /> we do not have adequate exposure to traffic flow directed opposite our <br /> front elevation. We ask that a variance be granted to allow us to have <br /> a sign mounted flat on the wall on this elevation in order to give <br /> exposure to the traffic that is not able to advertise our store. I have <br /> enclosed two sketches illustrating two standard signs that we have <br /> available.
