Section 2 , Rules and Definitions <br /> Subd. 2 ; 29 <br /> Family - one person or two or more persons each related to the <br /> others by blood, marriage, adoption, or foster care, <br /> or a group of not more than three persons not so re- <br /> lated maintaining a common household and using common <br /> cooking and kitchen facilities. <br /> 2. Section 2 , Subd. 2 , 78 (thus renumbering 78-86) <br /> Vehicle - car, van, pickup, motorcycle, snowmobile, motorhome, <br /> • camper, trailer, boat, :truck, or similar item licensed <br /> by the State .of Minnesota for use on roadways or water- <br /> ways, -but excluding -bicycles and mopeds. <br /> 3 .
