RESOLUTION 87-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 , 1987 <br /> AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has <br /> considered its construction program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to establish a time <br /> limit on the requests for public improvements so as to insure <br /> adequate time to comply with the improvement procedures as <br /> established in the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for <br /> accepting petitions for public improvements to be included in the <br /> 1987 construction program. <br /> Adopted this day of 1987. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
