Cost $45. 00 . <br /> The monthly lease cost of a used baler with a price of $3 , 810 . 00 at <br /> 8% interest is $92. 94 . Thus, the total cost of $137 . 94 is $70 . 06 per <br /> month less and, in addition, the baled cardboard can be sold for <br /> about $20. 00 per ton. <br /> A new baler runs $6 , 000 to $8 , 000. This one is used and is proposed <br /> on a lease/purchase agreement with zero residual after 48 months. <br /> Council approval is needed to approve the lease documents. Ray <br /> Nelson plans to install one ' at the new SAV liquor warehouse #1 <br /> location, but states that he doesn' t have room at the St. Anthony <br /> Village Shopping Center location, so he is waiting until the new <br /> warehouse is completed. <br /> Staff recommends approval of this proposed lease. <br /> :cjk6 . 23 . 87 <br />
