If the parties determine that they wish to record <br /> an Assessment Agreement, the enclosed could be executed by the <br /> HRA, by St . Anthony Nursing Home. and by the Ramsey County <br /> Assessor, and then recorded with the Registrar of Titles of Ramsey <br /> County. In order to undertake the recording, the duplicate <br /> original of the Certificate of Title would be required, I <br /> believe .
