He therefore recommended the lower bid be <br /> 24 accepted, indicating he perceived the installation of crossing signals <br /> 25 would probably not require the supervision envisioned by SEH. <br /> 26 Council Action <br /> 27 Motion by Marks , seconded by Ranallo to accept the lower bid from Rieke <br /> 28 Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. to provide the necessary engineering <br /> 29 services on the pedestrian crossing signals at Kenzie Terrace as per <br /> 30 their July 13 , 1987 proposal for $5 ,000 with the costs to be paid from <br /> 31 Community Development Block Grant funds allocated for that purpose. <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 33 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 34 Animal Impounding Ordinance Adopted <br /> 35 The above had been prepared in final form -by the City Attorney to <br /> 36 include- modifications in wording accepted .by the ' Council during the <br /> 37 second reading, June 23 , 1.987 . <br /> 38 Council Action <br /> 39' Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Enrooth to -adopt Ordinance. 1987-00.3 .. <br />
