This is an important <br /> factor due to the unsuccessful operation of previous attempts under the "Mr. <br /> Hobo" name. <br /> The site is also a factor. The corner location is a prime commercial site which <br /> benefits the owner. This also increases the owner' s operating costs. <br /> The signage layout is arranged to attract business from two areas because of the <br /> corner lot layout. <br /> The size of the signage is determined by the distance to the traffic flow in the <br /> area. The large size is required to be effective to reach the main traffic <br /> ways of the area.
