ANTHONY HOU S 2 N G AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHOR= TY M=NUTE S JANUARY 2 6 1 9 8 8 1 The meeting was called to order at 8 : 21 P.M. by Chair Sundland. 2 Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth (didn' t appoint 3 new ones) , Secretary/Treasurer Marks, and 4 Commissioners Ranallo and Makowske. 5 Also present: David Childs , Executive Director. 6 DECEMBER 8 , 1987 H.R.A. MINUTES 7 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to approve the above as 8 submitted. 9 Motion carried unanimously. 10 CLAIMS 11 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Sundland to approve payment of 12 $1 , 588 . 85 to the Dorsey & Whitney law firm for legal services rendered •13 the H.R.A. during November, 1987. 14 Motion carried unanimously. 15 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment of $850.00 16 ( $550. 00 under budget) to Donald A. Hennessy, CRA, for review of real 17 estate and fixture appraisals of the St. Anthony Village Shopping 18 Center excess property for the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project. 19 Motion carried unanimously. 20 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to approve payment of $4,449 . 89 21 to Development Advisory Services for Richard Krier' s October, 22 November, and December, 1987, consulting services on the final phases 23 of the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project. 24 Motion carried unanimously. 25 Mr. Childs indicated questions the Planning Consultant had. related to 26 the Pelton appraisals related to the property acquisition for the 27 Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project had been resolved and copies of 28 the appraisals had been sent to the persons intended to receive them. 29 Motion by Marks, seconded by Sundland to approve payments of billings 30 for $5, 500 and $7, 600 to C. R. Pelton & Associates. •31 Motion carried unanimously.
