CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 1988-003 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO WATER RATES; AMENDING <br /> SUBDS. 2 AND 3 OF SECTION 550 : 00 OF THE 1973 <br /> CODE OF. ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Subds. 2 and 3 of Section 550: 00 of the 1973 Code <br /> of Ordinances are amended to read as follows: <br /> Subd. 2. Water Rates. Water bills shall be computed <br /> quarterly at the following rates for water used as indi- <br /> cated by the meter supplying each water service: <br /> Commercial, Residential and $ .8.0 per hundred cubic <br /> Building Construction uses feet or any fraction <br /> thereof <br /> Subd. 3 . Minimum Charges. A minimum charge of $8.00 per <br /> quarter is hereby established for all premises served, to <br /> cover water pumpage, bookkeeping expenses, and meter rental. <br /> All water sold shall be on the basis of meter readings <br /> except in the case of minimum charges; provided, however, if <br /> deemed necessary, a flat rate of not less than the minimum <br /> charge may be established by the Council. <br /> Section 2 .
