The proposal is based on a <br /> cooperative effort with the City providing available information on <br /> capital costs, current operating and maintenance costs, and MWCC <br /> charges that are to be recovered from the utility charge. <br /> The study will present information on a rate that can include the cost <br /> of capital improvements, operation, maintenance, repair, Metro Waste <br /> rieke Control charges and a reserve that may be needed for emergencies and <br /> carroll other unforeseen conditions. A two level rate system that will address <br /> muller removal of foundation drains will also be presented. <br /> associates,inc. <br /> architects <br /> engineers We propose to provide our services for this study at our payroll cost <br /> land surveyors times a multiplier of 2.4 not to exceed $5,000.
